Which Items are returnable?

• All readymade items are returnable for Refund or Exchange.
• All Unstitched Dress / Semi Stitched items are returnable for Refund and Exchange.

Which Items are not returnable?

• All Custom Stitch items or Dress Material purchased with stitching are not returnable for Refund or Exchange. Such Items are eligible for free alterations only.

How to return an unsuitable item?

• After filling the form, send the dress to our return office. Once we will receive the dress we will fulfill the Refund or Exchange as mentioned by the customer.
